I really love ELF products!!! They are affordable yet the quality is good. I’ve been collecting their brightening eyeshadow quads, and I almost completed them. I saw this beauty book at SM and I really love the colors in this book. So, with no hesitation I bought it.
So here’s my take on this BRIGHT EYE EDITION beauty book.
It is very affordable, consists of 12 eye shadows, an applicator and black eyeliner. Some people find this powdery, but for me it’s just fine, I use a base (I’m using their cream eyeshadow) to make the eyeshadow stay and not fall off. This book has a step by step instruction on how to apply the eyeshadow and I find it very useful.
