This is my favorite beauty book from elf! I love this because all the colors i want is here. The first row in this palette is more on silver and black, i noticed that the colors here are the colors from the ELF QUAD "DRAMA". The second row is more on neutral colors, it is the ELF QUAD "NOUVEAU NEUTRALS" and lastly the third row is the ELF QUAD "BUTTERNUT". Well, that's what i noticed in this book.
I can achieve a lots of look in just one palette and i love it! no more hassle! The colors in this palette can be used as a daytime and night time look.
It has a step by step guide on how to apply the eyeshadow. There is also a mirror on top of the eyeshadows. It is a bit powdery but, no big deal! I usually use a cream eyeshadow base so that the powder eyeshadow will stick to it and not fall off. The colors are pigmented especially the black and the bronze color. It comes with an applicator and a black eyeliner pencil. The applicator is not useful for me because i prefer to use an eyeshadow brush. The eyeliner is fine, it doesn't smudge on me (some may find this creamy and smudgy).

- a bit powdery (use a cream base so has something to stick to)
- the mirror is not helpful as well as the applicator
