This is a contrast on my ELF mascara review! The way I hate the mascara is the way I love this product! I bought this because I’m having a hard time on applying my liquid eyeliner, I don’t have a steady hands and it’s messy for me.
I love it! The first time I used this pen, I was impressed! It makes the line neat and it dries up quickly so, don’t have worry that it might smudge when I opened my eyes fully. The pen style makes it easy for me to control the way I put it in my upper lash line. It doesn’t irritate my eyes as well. Since it’s waterproof I don’t have to worry about smudging.
The pen is like a regular colored pen we use at school, it is soft and smooth which is eye friendly. Some people say it dries quickly like the ink is already gone but, mine is just fine, I’ve been using it for two months and it still have an ink.
