Simple Skincare launched early this year and I am one of
those who are excited. Simple claims to be best friends with those who have
sensitive skin like me. I have oily, acne prone skin that’s why I am afraid to
try different skincare products.
I am using the complete line of acne control from my derma.
But most of the time I am lazy to go to her clinic just to purchase these items, because it’s not
accessible. I work from 9am-7pm so, imagine the tight schedule. I am always on
the lookout for products that will work for me that are available in the
department store because it’s more convenient.
Enough with the rants… I tried the Simple Moisturizing
Facial Wash for 6 months. The tube is 150ml that lasted for 6 months. I use this
everyday, morning and night. You just need a little because it foams and latter
in my skin very well.
I have no issues with this product. I did not experience any
breakouts, which is really good. It has a scent (sorry, I’m not good at
describing scents), but it is not overpowering, and it did not bother me at all.
True to its word, it moisturizes my skin and though it is
soap free, it foams which made me feel like I’m cleansing my face thoroughly
(you get what I mean). Because I prefer facial wash that foams. 😊
It is very gentle on the skin, it never dried up my face after washing (because
some facial wash, dries my skin after).
The product itself comes in a white liquidy form that is
very easy to control when you’re dispensing the product.
Packaging is great as well, it is very easy on the eyes. It
is cute and appealing yet simple. I love how they packaged it in a squeezy tube. I just wish they
will release smaller tubes, that are travel friendly and for those who wants to
try the product first.
Overall, I think this is a great product for those with
oily, acne prone and sensitive skin.
