I know makeup can cover these imperfections but there are instances that makeup is not enough.
I bought this Acne Aid Cleansing Bar since i've been seeing this in Watsons' beauty section. I wanted to buy this along time ago but i'm a bit hesitant to. That time, i'm using Neutrogena and i don't want to ruin my regimen just to try this. Also, i'm afraid of using different product for my fae because it might damage my skin even more.
It is packed in a nice box (like a regular soap. nothing fancy). It is tightly glued and once you opened it, the soap is covered in a paper with STIEFEL (the manufacturer) sticker. Well, the price is reasonable with the packaging.
STIEFEL claims
Acne-Aid® Bar Soap is a balanced blend of a gentle degreasing agent and a synthetic cleanser that helps cleanse the skin gently and thoroughly. Acne-Aid® Bar Soap is very useful in acne and oily skin conditions. It gently cleanses the skin without perfumes, colouring or abrasives.
I used this for two days only (no signifcant changes). Then i learned that mineral oil can damage the skin. oooooppppssss! "Mineral Oil" is part of their ingredients. So, i stopped using this on my face however, since i don't like throwing away things, i tried it on my bacne. It works pretty well and treated my bacne. It's a good decision that i didn't throw it away.
It comes in off white soap with a hint of baby soap's scent. I can't recall which soap but there is this one soap similar to the smell of this. It doesn't melts too easily.
